Do you know someone who needs a little help to manage their long term health condition? Do you need help yourself? Please get in touch using the form below. We will always try our best to help where we can.

• Need a little something to get you through an extended hospital stay? We can provide items such as tablets, e-readers or portable games consoles.
• Need a little help getting mobility equipment? We can provide items such as lightweight/foldable crutches, ankle and foot splints or equipment that your local care team can’t provide you with.
• Need a little help funding extra treatment or rehab? We’re a small charity so we can’t cover all the costs but if you’re looking for a contribution, we can try and help you with that.

Please note: Unless you’re asking for help towards treatment or rehabilitation costs, we’re usually unable to give simple financial donations to individuals. Applications are more likely to be successful if you ask for specific items. If you’re asking for mobility equipment, we strongly recommend that you speak to a medical professional first. It’s not always possible to return items that aren’t quite right and we can’t be held liable for any accidents or injuries that occur whilst using donated equipment.
